Dhaka Dahl takes you on a 30 minute journey of traditional cooking where the results are stunning. After prepping the Dahl in step 1, it's the Tarka that brings the lentils to life. Tarka is the process of adding spices to an already cooked dish - this compliments the spiciness and keeps the flavours super enhanced.
